Pour it out. The good days and the hard ones. God is in every word.
The world teaches men to fight harder. Christ teaches men to surrender first. Many of us spent years trying to control everything because we were afraid of losing everything. But control without Christ leads to exhaustion. Surrender brings peace.
When we finally admit "I can't carry this alone," that is where God begins rebuilding us. Your greatest breakthrough usually begins where your pride finally ends.
"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28Reflection: What am I still trying to control instead of trusting God with?

Real words from real men walking with Christ.
I walked into my first Thursday morning group three months ago not knowing what to expect. I almost didn't go. But something told me to show up. That morning I heard other men talk about the same anger I'd been carrying for years. For the first time I didn't feel alone. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm not where I was. God is working.
Six months ago I couldn't sit still for 5 minutes of scripture. Today I wake up before my family to spend time in the Word. Not because someone told me to. Because I finally understand why it matters. James has changed the way I see trials. Every hard season has a purpose.
My father left when I was seven. I spent thirty years angry at a man who wasn't there. Through this brotherhood I learned that anger was really grief I never processed. Christ is healing wounds I didn't even know I had. For the first time in my life I feel peace. Real peace.
Even if only 10 minutes. Stay anchored.
Short and honest is better than long and fake.
Do one hard thing daily. Workout. Self-control. Responsibility.
Text one brother. Check in. Isolation starts small.
Ask nightly: Where did I grow? Where did I struggle? Where do I need God tomorrow?
